What this page answers
- When is my cancellation deadline? The FAQ publishes a platform cut-off for performance tickets, 5pm KST the day before the show for weekdays and holidays, 11am KST the day before for Saturday. The fee and whether the show can be cancelled at all stay with the product. The deadline
- I am in another time zone. When does my request count? Requests are accepted in Korean business hours, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Korea Standard Time on weekdays. Anything sent outside them, or on a Korean weekend or public holiday, is treated as received on the next business day. The Korean clock
- Can I change the date instead of cancelling? Changes to the date, options or other reservation details must reach customer service at least 7 days before the usage date. The deadline
- Where does the money go, and how long does it take? Back to the original payment method, with card refunds expected to take about 5-7 business days, varying by card issuer. Getting the money back
- Do I get the booking fee back? Article 12 of the Terms of Service says the reservation fee is not refunded regardless of the cancellation – NOL World’s English interface text calls it the service fee and returns it only if you cancel on the day you booked. The FAQ
Cancelling from another country adds a problem that Korean buyers never meet: the deadline is written in one clock and you are reading it in another. This page separates the two, and marks which parts the policy fixes and which parts depend on the show you bought.
Everything here is from Interpark Global (NOL). Its rules are its own and do not describe the Korean-language site.
The deadline is published, the fee belongs to the product
The Cancellation Policy states that cancellations should be requested within the specified period for the reserved product, and that requests made after that period are not accepted. Whether a fee applies, and how much, depends on the product’s own cancellation policy — and some products are not eligible for cancellation after purchase at all.
The platform does publish a cut-off of its own, so the rate and the deadline come from different places. The FAQ, read on 2026-08-21, puts the performance ticket cancellation deadline at 5pm KST of the day before the show for weekdays and holidays, and 11am KST of the day before the show for Saturday. That FAQ answer does not say whether Saturday describes the performance or the cut-off day, so treat the earlier hour as safe. What stays with the show is the fee and whether it can be cancelled at all. Read the cancellation terms attached to the specific show before you pay, because after payment the terms are already fixed.
Your own booking carries both figures. The reservation details show a Cancellation Details block labelled Cancellation Deadline, Cancellation Fee and Refund Amount (NOL World’s English interface text, read 2026-08-21).
For changes rather than cancellations, the Cancellation Policy is stricter: requests to change the date, options or other reservation details must reach customer service at least 7 days before the usage date.

The clock that counts is Korean
This is the part that catches people booking from abroad.
The two sets of hours below sit on different layers. 10:00-18:00 KST is the Cancellation Policy’s window for *receiving* a request – the flow that runs through customer service and the provider. The FAQ’s 5pm and 11am are the cut-offs on the [Cancel Reservation] button in your own reservation details, which is self-service. Each document sets its own hour, for its own act.
| Item | What the documents say |
|---|---|
| Performance ticket deadline, weekdays and holidays | 5pm KST the day before the show (FAQ) |
| Performance ticket deadline, Saturday | 11am KST the day before the show (FAQ) |
| Request window | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Korea Standard Time, weekdays in Korea |
| Outside that window | Treated as received on the next business day |
| Korean weekends and public holidays | Same — counted as the next business day |
| Change requests | At least 7 days before the usage date |
| Refund route | The original payment method |
| Card refund time | About 5-7 business days, varies by card issuer |
Sending a cancellation at midnight your time does not stop the clock; it enters the queue when Korean offices reopen. If your deadline falls on a Monday in Korea, a request sent over the Korean weekend counts as Monday, not as Saturday.
Work backwards from the deadline in Korea Standard Time, then convert that moment into your own time zone, and treat the converted moment as your real deadline. Doing it the other way round is how a day goes missing.
Getting the money back
Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Terms of Service, Article 12). The card you paid with is the card that receives the money, which is why a card that expires or gets cancelled between booking and refund becomes a problem.
For timing, the policy expects card refunds to take “about 5-7 business days, but this may vary by card issuer”. Those are business days in the issuer’s calendar, on top of whatever time the cancellation itself takes to process.
What this page does not cover
Reselling a ticket you can no longer use is not an alternative to cancelling. The Use Policy lets the company cancel reservations or restrict an account when tickets are bought or sold through unauthorized channels, and that restriction can reach the buyer as well as the seller.
Frequently asked questions
I missed the cancellation window by an hour. Is there anything to do?
The policy says requests after the specified period are not accepted. Customer service is the only channel it names, and it runs on the customer support hours it publishes, 09:00-18:00 KST, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.
Do I get the booking fee back?
Article 12 of the Terms of Service says the reservation fee is not refunded regardless of the cancellation. NOL World’s English interface text calls it the service fee and carves out the day of purchase: cancel on the day you booked and it comes back, after that it does not. The cancellation fee itself is set by the product’s own terms.
The refund has not arrived after a week. What now?
The stated expectation is about 5-7 business days and the policy attributes variation to the card issuer. Count business days rather than calendar days before treating it as late, then ask the issuer whether the reversal has reached them.
