What this page answers
- Do I need a Korean phone number? The Use Policy names passport verification through a specialized agency as a means of Identity Verification, and the Terms of Service allow verification by mobile phone number or real name. Neither text makes a Korean line the only route. Identity
- Can I pay with a parent’s or a friend’s card? No. Users shall use payment means in their own name, and the company may confirm that right and suspend the transaction. Payment
- Is there an age limit? Yes. Children under 14 are not allowed to use the services, and a minor using a paid service needs consent from a legal representative (Terms of Service, Article 18). Identity
- How does the ticket reach me? Through on-site collection or other applicable methods, with the method, any fees and the time it takes varying by product. Getting the ticket
- Which foreign cards are accepted? The Use Policy names no brand. It sets a condition — the payment means in your own name — not a catalogue, so acceptance shows at the payment step. Payment
- I am in another time zone. When does my cancellation count? Requests are taken during Korean business hours, 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays in Korea; one sent outside them counts on the next business day. Frequently asked questions
If you live outside Korea the blocker is the sign-up screen, not the show. Guides written for Korean buyers assume a Korean phone number and a Korean bank card; this page works from Interpark Global’s published English policy instead.
Everything here comes from Interpark Global (NOL), the English-language service. Its rules are its own and do not describe the Korean-language site.
Identity: passport, not a phone number
The Use Policy states that for identity verification, the protection of legitimate users and a fair reservation order, the company may require passport verification through a specialized agency or other means of verification, which it calls Identity Verification (Article 1).
A Korean mobile line is not what this clause asks for.
The separate Terms of Service describe a broader option at sign-up — verification of a mobile phone number or a real name through a specialized institution (Article 4).
Read together, the two clauses sit at different points rather than contradicting each other. Article 4 of the Terms of Service covers the account you open; Article 1 of the Use Policy covers the verification the company may require around a booking.
Two limits sit alongside it. Children under 14 are not allowed to use the services, and a minor using a paid service needs consent from a legal representative (Terms of Service, Article 18).
Payment has to be in your own name
The Use Policy is direct: users shall use payment means in their own name and shall not use a payment method belonging to someone else (Article 3). The company may confirm that a user has the legitimate right to use the payment method and, if necessary, may suspend the transaction.
Borrowing a Korean friend’s card is the workaround people reach for when a foreign card is declined, and it is the one this article rules out – a card in someone else’s name can have the transaction suspended.
The policy does not list which foreign card brands are accepted. It sets a condition, not a catalogue, so check acceptance at the payment step for the product you want.
Getting the ticket into your hands
Tickets are delivered through on-site collection or other applicable methods, and the specific method, any fees, and the time it takes vary depending on the product (Use Policy, Article 4).
Plan the trip around that: the pickup happens at the venue, not in your mailbox.
What each step asks for

What this site does not help with
Resale is treated as misuse. The Use Policy allows the company to cancel reservations or restrict a user who buys or sells through unauthorized channels, including buying from someone selling in violation of the terms (Article 2). Before restricting an account, the company may give at least one day for an explanation and may lift the restriction if the explanation is reasonable.
This site does not cover automated purchasing, queue circumvention, accounts opened under another person’s name, or ticket resale. Preparing well also does not mean a seat is waiting for you — sold-out shows stay sold out.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Korean phone number?
The Use Policy names passport verification as a means of Identity Verification, and the Terms of Service allow verification by mobile phone number or real name. Neither text makes a Korean line the only route.
Can I pay with my parent’s card?
No. The policy requires the payment method to be in your own name and allows the company to suspend a transaction while confirming that right.
How long does a refund take?
The Cancellation Policy says card refunds are expected to take “about 5-7 business days, but this may vary by card issuer”.
I am in a different time zone. When does my cancellation count?
Cancellation requests should be made during business hours, stated as 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Korea Standard Time on weekdays in Korea. A request sent outside those hours, or on a Korean weekend or public holiday, is treated as received on the next business day. Work back from the deadline in Korean time, not your own.
